Due to Kashmir lockdown from Aug 5,2019, i could not go to Patnitop which was part of my initial travel plan. However i had booked this resort in July and paid 2,000/- advance. Later i informed them 1 month in advance and started following up for my refund. I explained that due to reasons beyond my control we have to change our entire Kashmir plan. But the staff refused upright and denied me refund. Friends, please don't make any advance payment else consider it's gone if you don't stay there.

Had an awesome stay at the hotel. The view from the room was great. The staffs were cordial and friendly. Neat and clean surroundings. Even the food served at the restaurant was amazing. Highly recommended.

Superb view every room overlooks the valley. Great location and great service and friendly staff . Specially in front desk was Friendly and cooperative. Nice experience in this hotel .I also like that Room are very well clean as I am expected. And the quality of the good . When I came patnitop , I definitely stay In your hotel " MAHARAJA RESORT'S ".

We had a very comfortable stay at Maharaja resort. I have doubt on the ranking but I have very after seeing the room arrangement and amenities. The room were very well furnished . The hotel had all amenities to make us comfortable. We enjoyed the natural Beauty surrounding hotel maharaja. Our tour to j&k was memorable only due to our stay at Maharaja Resorts Patnitop. We are recommended to all my friends Thanks Maharaja resorts
